Who am I and why did I start Surrey Cloud Services ?

Hi

My name is Alex,

My journey into IT began with a curiosity: I loved watching YouTube tutorials and tech videos. I was fascinated by how computers worked and the idea that computers could be built, configured, and optimized from scratch.

This curiosity soon turned into hands-on experiments. I started building computers from parts I bought on eBay, building, upgrading, and troubleshooting them on my own. Those early projects were challenging but taught me patience, problem-solving skills, and the satisfaction of creating something from knowledge and effort.

As I delved deeper into IT, I discovered virtual machines and cloud computing, and at first, I struggled to visualize this environment. Unlike physical machines, virtual machines exist in software but can perform the same functions and often more efficiently.

Once I understood how multiple virtual machines could operate on a single server, each handling different tasks independently, I was amazed. The ability to scale, expand, and contract virtual machines as needed, optimize resources, and create flexible environments solidified my passion for cloud computing.

It was during this time I realized my true love for cloud computing seeing multiple virtual machines running independently yet efficiently on a single server revealed the power and flexibility of the cloud. From that moment, I knew I wanted to focus my career on building and managing cloud environments.

I believe that cloud computing should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. With remote desktop cloud computing, even users with modest machines can access high-performance environments that were once only available to the rich.

Technology should empower people, not create barriers. My goal is to make cloud computing an inclusive, efficient, and secure resource for both individuals and businesses.

I founded Surrey Cloud Services to explore my passion for cloud computing further and to provide secure, scalable cloud resources to anyone who needs them. Beyond delivering services, I aim to educate clients about the benefits of cloud computing, helping them leverage technology to achieve their goals.

My personal motivation is to build a business that supports my family, while also creating opportunities for others to support themselves. Technology has the power to transform lives, and I want Surrey Cloud Services to be part of that transformation.

Surrey Cloud Services is more than a business it’s a journey of learning, experimentation, and growth. From building computers from eBay parts to managing complex cloud environments, every step has shaped my understanding of technology and business.

Follow me on my journey as I continue to grow in computing and business, share insights about cloud technology, and provide resources that make technology accessible to everyone.

Whether you’re a client, fellow IT enthusiast, or just curious about the cloud, I invite you to be part of this journey and see how Surrey Cloud Services is shaping the future of secure, accessible cloud environments.
